Aslin Beer Company - Alexandria

Came on a Sunday late afternoon and was able to snag a a large table for my group! They do have plenty of seats but it can get full during peak hours. From the outside you can easily miss this place, these is amble parking in the front and side of the building. Inside is nice decorated; a hip vibe. It’s nice you can order food and drinks via the phone or at the bar area. It’s also nice they have an outside beer garden area in the back. We ordered a combination from the bar and at the table. Service was friendly and helpful. It is nice they were able to let you sample and provide suggestions on the beers. We got a couple of items for food, the fries, Brussels sprouts and 2 pizzas. Food was pretty good for a brewery, and the pizza hits the spot after a couple hours of day drinking. Although, it was a tad bit oily. The beers all were great, I especially liked the double IPAs; master of oranges and mind the hops. Overall, it was a great afternoon spent with good drinks and company. I definitely recommend checking this hidden gem. The prices are decent and there is even a little arcade area in the front.

We recently hosted a private event at Aslin and could not have been happier with the experience. Besides having the best beer in the area and amazing food to match with it, they have the best event staff. From the beginning, Kelsey answered all of our questions and made sure our event was going to be what we wanted it to be for our sanity and for our guests enjoyment. Then, when we showed up the day of the event, Matt was so responsive to our guests that we (as the hosts) actually got to enjoy ourselves too. I could not have been more grateful for the professionalism and kindness of everyone (including the kitchen and everyone else in support that we did not see) so that everyone could enjoy this very important event with the food they wanted, the best beer in the area, and if they don't like beer, the liquor or wine. Thank you so much, especially Kelsey and Matt, for making this event perfect!

Wonderful experience at Aslin on a rainy Saturday. The 5* is entirely due to the beer quality and the excellent service. I doubt I need to say more about it, but check Untappd if you need to see what I mean. Wide variety of styles and excellent execution on each. I had one of the best beers I’ve ever drank (and I have drank A LOT). The pricing was kinda high but you get what you pay for. Food was decent, was hoping for a little more flavor on the pizza considering the price. Next time I would eat before I come but ultimately not going to affect my rating
